Board of Directors
TTDC is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 21 members. A Director serves for a term of 3 years, with the possibility of re-election for a second term only.

TTDC is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 21 members. A Director serves for a term of 3 years, with the possibility of re-election for a second term only.
Board members are elected by a simple majority of the general membership at the Annual General Meeting.
The President presides over meetings and represents TTDC. Vice-Presidents assist the President. The Secretary General manages administration, documentation and correspondence. The Treasurer oversees financial affairs and dues collection.
The Board may establish standing committees for Policy Advocacy, Membership, Events, Education and Sustainability. Sub-committees may also be formed for Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality and Transportation.
TTDC holds at least one Annual General Meeting for members. The Board meets at least four times a year or once every quarter to review progress, make decisions and plan future activities.
A quorum for a Board meeting is a simple majority of Directors. A quorum for the AGM consists of at least one-third of total membership.
